The curriculum of the personnel training to be offered at this time is based on CRM Okinawa’s unique training program, which took 3rd place (*2) in “The 2009 Contact Center World Awards” international competition held in 2009, as well as transcosmos group’s call center know-how acquired over a long period of time, and it will contribute to the cultivation of call center human resources who are work-ready.
In an effort to enhance worker motivation, transcosmos and CRM Okinawa have put into place various incentives such as call center response contests, a recognition system to improve career skills, and a permanent staff recruitment system or offers of long-term employment, etc.
